TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms apply when you use luxxeaestheticstx.com or book a service with Luxxe Aesthetics by Cecillia, PLLC ("Luxxe Aesthetics," "we," "us"). By using the website or booking an appointment, you agree to them.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
• Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by text. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us.
• Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your appointment.
• For mobile appointments, you agree to provide a clean, private, well-lit space that is safe for treatment. We may decline or reschedule a visit if the setting is not suitable.
• If you arrive late, or are not ready at a mobile appointment, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• If you miss an appointment without notice, a $25 fee is due at your next visit, and a $50 deposit is required to book again.
• Repeated cancellations may result in discharge from the practice.
• We will give you as much notice as we can if we need to reschedule you.
DEPOSITS
When a deposit is required, it is applied toward the cost of your treatment. Deposits are not refunded if you miss the appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
• Prices are listed on each service page and may change. The price that applies is the one in effect when you are treated.
• Some services are priced by the unit or by the amount of product used, so your final cost is confirmed at your appointment after your consultation.
• Payment is due in full at the time of service.
• We accept cash, cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm, CareCredit and Cherry. Financing is provided by those companies under their own terms, and approval is their decision.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value and may end at any time.
REFUNDS
Because our services are personalized medical treatments, we do not offer refunds on services that have been performed or on products and prescriptions that have been dispensed. If you have a concern about your treatment, contact us within 14 days so we can see you and discuss options.
WHO CAN BOOK
Our services are for adults 18 and over. You may be asked to show identification.
MEDICAL INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE
The content on this website is general information, not medical advice, and it does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after an in-person or telehealth assessment. Do not rely on the website to diagnose or treat a condition. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
CONSULTATION AND SUITABILITY
• Every treatment begins with a consultation and a review of your medical history. Some services also require an assessment by, or under the direction of, our supervising physician before treatment or before a prescription is written.
• You agree to give complete and accurate information about your health, medications, allergies and past treatments. Leaving something out can affect your safety and your results.
• We may decline, delay or stop a treatment if, in our professional judgment, it is not safe or appropriate for you. Booking or paying a deposit does not guarantee that a treatment will be performed.
• You will be asked to read and sign a consent form before treatment. That form describes the specific risks, benefits and alternatives, and it governs your treatment along with these Terms.
RESULTS
Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Photos, descriptions and price examples on the website and on our social media show possible outcomes only. Many treatments need more than one session or ongoing maintenance to reach or keep a result.
AFTERCARE
Following the aftercare instructions we give you is part of the treatment. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from not following them. Contact us promptly if you have a concern after your treatment, and seek emergency care if your symptoms are severe.
PRESCRIPTION AND WEIGHT-MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Prescription services are provided only after a medical assessment and under physician supervision. Medications may be filled by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products. You agree to use medications only as prescribed and only for yourself.
LOYALTY AND REFERRAL PROGRAMS
• Loyalty points are earned as shown on the Loyalty page. Currently that is 50 points for signing up as a member, a set number of points for each completed visit depending on the service (from 5 to 150 points), and 1 point for every $1 spent on products. Free consultations and follow-ups do not earn points. Points for a visit are added after the appointment, and may be removed if the appointment was missed. Every 10 points is worth $1 off, applied by us at your visit when you ask to redeem. Points expire after 6 months with no loyalty activity.
• Referral rewards are applied as shown on the referral page at the time the reward is claimed.
• Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may change or end either program, and may remove points or rewards earned through error, fraud or abuse.
USING THE WEBSITE
• You are responsible for keeping your member login private and for activity on your account.
• You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with how it works, or book appointments you do not intend to keep.
• The text, photos, logo and design on this website belong to Luxxe Aesthetics or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
• Product and brand names mentioned on the website belong to their owners.
• The website links to other sites that we do not control and are not responsible for.
YOUR PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, and it is part of these Terms.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS ON LIABILITY
The website is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Luxxe Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be waived, or any responsibility we have for the professional care we provide.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Johnson County, Texas.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. The Terms in effect on the day of your appointment apply to that appointment.
