This Privacy Policy explains what information Luxxe Aesthetics by Cecillia, PLLC ("Luxxe Aesthetics," "we," "us") collects through luxxeaestheticstx.com and in the course of serving you, how we use it, and the choices you have.
WHO WE ARE
Luxxe Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics practice based in Alvarado, Texas, offering in-office and mobile appointments. Injectable and prescription services are provided by Cecillia Diaz, LVN, under the supervision of our medical director.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you give us:
• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and, for mobile appointments, the address where you want to be seen.
• Booking details: the service you choose, the date and time, and any notes you add when booking.
• Account details: if you create a member account for our loyalty or referral programs, your login email, your points balance and your referral activity.
• Payment details: what you paid and how. Card and financing details are handled by our payment and financing providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us by email, text, phone, website form or social media.
Health information:
To treat you safely we ask about your medical history, medications, allergies and treatment goals, and we may take treatment photos with your consent. This information is collected at or before your appointment and kept in a medical record, separate from this website. It is used for your care and is not used for marketing.
Information collected automatically:
When you visit the website, our website host collects standard technical information such as your device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
• To book, confirm, remind you of and provide your appointments.
• To assess whether a treatment is safe and appropriate for you, and to provide follow-up care.
• To process payments, deposits and fees.
• To run the loyalty and referral programs and apply your rewards.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To send you specials or announcements, only if you have opted in.
• To keep the website working, secure and useful.
• To meet legal, professional and record-keeping obligations.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the practice:
• Our supervising physician and medical director, for clinical oversight of your care.
• Service providers that work on our behalf: our website and booking platform (Wix), payment and financing providers you choose to use (such as PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm, CareCredit and Cherry), our phone and email providers, and pharmacies that fill prescriptions written for you.
• When the law requires it, or when needed to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
Financing providers have their own privacy policies and terms. When you apply for financing, your application is between you and that provider.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping you logged in and remembering your booking as you move between pages. It also uses analytics and advertising cookies and pixels, including the Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and deliver our advertising. These tools share information about your visit, such as the pages you view, with the advertising platform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, including online booking and member login, may not work without them.
TEXTS, CALLS AND EMAIL
By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your appointments, including confirmations, reminders and follow-up.
Text messages and ordinary email are not secure ways to share medical details. Please use them for scheduling, pricing and general questions only. Do not send photos of yourself or details about your health by text or email. We will go over those with you by phone or at your appointment.
We send promotional emails or texts only if you have opted in. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of promotions does not stop appointment messages.
HOW WE PROTECT AND KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people who need it to care for you or run the practice. No website or electronic system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep treatment records for as long as the law and professional standards require. We keep other information for as long as we need it for the purposes described here.
YOUR CHOICES
• Ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Ask for a copy of your treatment records.
• Ask us to delete your website member account and loyalty profile. Treatment and payment records that we are required to keep cannot be deleted on request.
• Opt out of promotional messages at any time.

CHILDREN
Our services and this website are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The website links to other sites, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and our financing providers. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
