That's exactly what it's for. We'll talk about what's bothering you, what you'd like to change, and what's realistic. You'll get a clear sense of which treatment fits — or whether one fits at all. Sometimes the honest answer is that what you want isn't what you think it is, or that it's better addressed a different way. You'll hear that if it's true. We'll cover cost, so you leave knowing roughly what it will run and what the payment options are. You'll also get a straight account of the downtime, the risks, and how long results last. You will not be asked to book anything. Take the information, go away and think about it. If you want to book while you're here, we can, but nobody will push you. Worth bringing: photos of results you like, a list of your current medications and skincare, and any questions you've been meaning to ask. ────────── IF YOU'RE FOLLOWING UP After Botox — come at two weeks. That's when the full effect has settled and we can tell whether any area needs a small adjustment. Easier to add a few units than to wait it out. After filler — also two weeks, once swelling has fully resolved. We'll look at symmetry and whether the result matches what you were after. After microneedling or a peel — to check healing and plan your next session in the series. On a weight management program — to review progress, side effects, and whether your dose should change.
