We'll talk through realistic expectations and the side effects worth knowing about — nausea, reduced appetite, and digestive changes are the common ones, and they usually settle within a few weeks of each increase. If nausea is an issue, your weekly dose can be split into two smaller injections three to four days apart. That helps a lot of people tolerate the climb. You'll come in monthly for your supply and a check-in, where we chart weight and BMI.
